Our Marigold Yellow block print quilt is printed with a chic all over floral pattern in deep yellow with a beautiful boho border. The floral print inspired by carnations in bloom reverses to small all over floral Butah (motifs) flanked by a geometric floral border in yellow and navy.
A light weight cotton batting is sandwiched between two layers of super soft cotton voile. The cotton fabric makes the quilt breathable and perfect for use round the year.

ABOUT THE MAKER:
Super excited to introduce Kari by Kriti. Kriti has been a textile buyer and designer for the past 11 years, travelling across India, developing sustainable products for modern homes and people, from traditional textiles.
She often goes back to her roots, a small Himalayan town in India for her inspiration. Her designs and colors are a reflection of her childhood re-imagined in a modern, bohemian style.
Kriti also works with a local Non-Governmental Organisation, in Hyderabad, India, that helps women find meaningful livelihood by working with them on her stitching projects. The NGO trains women to stitch and then provides them employment in their local urban villages.

Some irregularities like missing print, light and dark areas, fabric joint, little smudges are all a part of the block print process. The quilt may have a concealed fabric joint.
