Shipping policy

There is no guarantee that you will receive your orders before Christmas if you have placed it after 17th of December 2022.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

For peace of mind, Far East Weavers Ltd only offers trackable nationwide delivery. UK Standard Delivery is FREE. Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Service. (please note dispatch in normally within 1-2 days on receipt of order confirmation, excluding weekends).

Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Wednesday. Order tracking is available with your tracking number which is emailed to you.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day. Due to COVID your order may be delayed.

 

Republic of Ireland

For peace of mind, Far East Weavers Ltd only offers trackable international delivery. To Republic of Ireland delivery is FREE for orders over £150 and £18 postage for orders under £150. Deliveries will be made in 5-7 working days after you place your order depending on your location.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holidays or Sundays. Due to COVID your order may be delayed.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

 

European Union

Far East Weavers Ltd do not deliver to Europe currently.

 

Worldwide

For peace of mind, Far East Weavers Ltd only offers trackable international delivery to international destinations. Delivery is FREE for orders over £150 and £18 postage for orders under £150. International deliveries will take upto 10-14 working days after you place your order depending on your location.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.

TERMS OF POSTAGE

If you opt for standard or International delivery (which is a trackable service) at the checkout, if in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 14 working days have passed please get in touch with us at hellomyfewcollectibles@gmail.com we may then request you to select a similar handmade product as most of our handmade products are unique and one of a kind, if you go with this option we will re-ship your order at the companies expense and make a claim on your behalf.

Alternatively www.fareastweaversuk.com will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks of the item declared lost to be processed.

All parcels will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being placed.

We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.

PRE-ORDERS

If your order contains a PRE-ORDERED item(s) your order will be held until the full order can be fulfilled. However, if you wish to have your other items sent to you, please email hellomyfewcollectibles@gmail.com and we will dispatch your order in two separate parcels. If you have any questions regarding your PRE-ORDERED item(s) please just send a message.
